Booking an appointment is simple and convenient! You can do it through our website by selecting your location, and preferred service package. Once you've chosen a day that suits you, fill in your details and confirm your booking. We'll send you a confirmation email with all the details.

What areas do you cover??

Our mobile car wash services are available in the following areas: Borough of Brent, Harrow, Edgeware Road, Marylebone, Paddington, Maida Vale, Ladbroke Grove, West End, Golders Green, St John's Wood, West Hampstead, and Hampstead. These areas are subject to change as we increase our reach gradually.

If a service is booked in an area that is too far beyond our designated zones, we will cancel the booking and issue a refund, excluding any service charges.

Are the boundaries on the map strict??

The boundaries shown on the map are guidelines. If an address falls somewhat near these boundaries, we may still be able to provide service.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Revolut Pay.

Do I need to be present during the car wash?

No, you don't have to be present during the car wash. As long as you provide us with access to your vehicle, we can carry out the service while you attend to other tasks. Many of our customers leave their cars parked at home, work, or a specified location and return to a freshly cleaned vehicle.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather is unfavourable, such as heavy rain or snow, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. If you have a sheltered area like a garage, we can still carry out the service.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Service charge fees are non-refundable. Go to our contact page to do so.
